About
I’m passionate about AI <> human collaboration and exploring what the future of work with AI will look like. I’m currently investigating how AI is impacting SMBs and Main Street more broadly, from adoption to changes in how we do business.
I was born in Costa Rica and earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Costa Rica. While in college I co-founded a startup to modernize oil spill risk management in industrial settings across Latam.
I also play electric and acoustic guitar and have been part of two rock bands.
Work
I lead the product team building AI for Google’s business org. We built a custom AI notetaker, an AI sales coaching platform, an AI meeting assistant, and a conversational engine that extracts business insights and applies them to key workflows.
Led device casting integrations and built ambient music listening experiences with partners like Sonos and Google Home.
Built infrastructure to validate measurement data across Google and third-party tools, including brand safety and reach. Also managed Developer Relations for the top YouTube API developers globally.
Side projects
A friends-and-family bracket to predict and track the 2026 World Cup. Built on Next.js and Vercel, with a lightweight Supabase DB and API integrations pulling in real-time results.
